Features
- Online Query Builing tool. This was an all HTML web interface to dynamicaly build datamining queries. The back end of the query builder used a sql database to manage all of the query optons displayed to the user. This same component was also used in several other projects developed at MSC.
- Export csv file of name address, phone, email and campaign tracking information.
- Add, Update and Delete CRM information.
- Sales Force region management.
- Track Marketing activity and response for each customer.
