Since 1994, I have looked at 100s of resumes and have also rewritten my own at least 9 times. Over this time period I have grown to dislike resumes due to their inherent inadequacies in communicating who people are and what they have accomplished and what they can and would like to do. When it came time for me to update my resume in 2005, I just couldn't do it the "old fashion way." Staying true to myself and who I am, I had to try and improve the system.
